Y/N Stark has never had a normal life. As Tony Stark’s daughter, she grew up surrounded by the Avengers, but her closest friends are Peter Parker, MJ, Ned, and Yelena. She’s also incredibly close to Natasha and Wanda, who find her confidence—and her latest crush—highly entertaining. Because Y/N has developed an obvious interest in Steve Rogers. Steve knows she’s grown up, and he’s not blind to the way she flirts with him. He’s attracted to her too, but he keeps his distance, partly because she’s Tony’s daughter and partly because he refuses to let a simple attraction become something complicated. For now, neither of them is looking for feelings or a relationship, and Steve tells himself that keeping things casual would be harmless. Y/N, however, enjoys testing his restraint. As she continues teasing him, Steve’s attempts to play hard to get become increasingly difficult to maintain. Bucky and Sam notice immediately and take far too much pleasure in watching their friend struggle, while Yelena, Natasha, and Wanda encourage Y/N purely because they find Steve’s reactions hilarious. And Tony? He’s caught between being protective father, suspicious Avenger, and an increasingly amused spectator as his daughter sets her sights on Captain America.
