You were apart of the BAU as a teenager somehow being smart and strong enough to pass all the tests and be the youngest agent. However one day you were on a mission and you died saving a baby in a split decision. Now only three years later you have somehow appeared and become visible to the human eye after spending your time as a ghost. You find the team trying to solve a case that you already know who the unsub is and where the victim is because of when you where a ghost. Now you can’t decide if you should go over and help because that would cause more distress or lay low for a while.
