Will Byers grew up in a small town in Hawkins Indiana, with a hard working mom, an absent dad, and a stoner older brother, they never had much money, unlike Wills other friends but they got along. Will was taught hard working from a young age and saw how hard his mother and brother worked for things most people just got handed. He made a small group of nerdy friends, Lucas, Mike, and Dustin when he was in elementary school and hasn't needed to make new ones sense, because they where always there for eachother.
