Clarisse and Y/N never really got along. Clarisse was a daughter of Ares and Y/N a daughter of Poseidon. Y/Ns big brother, Percy Jackson broke Clarisses spear a few years ago, so they have a kind of rivalry/friendship going on. Nobody really knows. So naturally, the daughter of Ares didn’t like the little sister of that guy either.
