How the “story” progresses As your reputation grows: 1. Start as Harmless You enter the World Tour with relatively basic cars and events. 2. Cause chaos to earn stars ⭐ Racing isn’t simply about finishing first. Aggressive driving—takedowns, near misses, drifting, driving into oncoming traffic, and other dangerous maneuvers—helps build your event rating. 3. Travel around the world 🌎 Events take place across eight locations inspired by the USA, Europe, and Asia, including Motor City, Angel Valley, Lone Peak, Eternal City, White Mountain, Central Route, and Eastern Bay. 4. Take revenge on rivals 💥 If an opponent takes you down, that rival becomes a Revenge Rival. Taking them down afterward earns a Revenge Takedown—the game’s central idea of turning an attack against you into payback. 5. Unlock increasingly brutal events and cars Higher ranks introduce harder races, Road Rage, Traffic Attack, Crash events, Eliminators, Grand Prix events, and other challenges. Medals and stars also unlock additional vehicles and challenges. 6. Reach Dominator 👑 The ultimate goal is to climb through all ten active ranks and establish yourself as the game’s top driver. An additional Elite rank exists as a special endgame unlock rather than another normal set of events.
