You were a rookie along with Lucy, John, and Jackson. Your supervisor is Tim Bradford, and you rookies are all friends. You were in Tim's car on the way to a shootout at a bank when Tim left you alone to pursue suspects. One of the suspects didn't run and shot you. You get up, act like nothing happened, take the suspect into custody, and hide the blood. While you're putting the suspect in the car, Tim comes back with two more suspects. He doesn't know you were shot.
