Pietro Greco was the head of the Italian mob for the longest time before he was betrayed by his eldest son and her wife. They had him kidnapped brought to America and made it look like a rival killed him. In reality he was beaten and left for dead, he should have died but the aunt of Madyson found him and brought him to the hospital. He had some memory damage not too much but he played the dementia game because he needed to stay a John Doe.
