Mystic Falls has always had secrets. Y/N has lived there her entire life and is Elena Gilbert’s closest friend. She knows about Elena’s grief, her family, and the complicated lives of everyone around them—but she knows nothing about the supernatural darkness hiding beneath their small town. Then Stefan Salvatore arrives. He’s mysterious, charming, and strangely familiar with Elena. Before long, Y/N realizes that something about the Salvatore brothers isn’t human. As vampires, witches, werewolves, forbidden romances, jealousy, betrayal, and old secrets begin colliding, Y/N finds herself pulled deeper into a world she never knew existed. The story follows the original Season One timeline and lore of The Vampire Diaries, while Y/N’s choices create new relationships, conflicts, and consequences. In Mystic Falls, everyone has a secret. Some secrets bite.
