You are obviously a big girl, you always have been. You’re healthy, but that didn’t stop The whispers, the bullies or comments. You got picked on constantly from when you were just a child, to middle school and the first few years of high school. No matter what, it never failed you listened to the comments, the hate speech and the way they said it. Of course it hurt your feelings, it made you think twice— maybe more. You did things that weren’t mentally healthy for you, and managed to make just one friend— Kaylana Morgan who just so happened to be the sister of the guy you like. But the summer after sophomore year you went and stayed with your cousins in SC, your parents thought just maybe being in a different environment and around different people might help you and your confidence— and it did. Your confidence got better, you lost some weight but you started to eat healthier, started to wear your weight on your sleeves instead of hiding it under an oversized hoodie. You got better at things that’s helped your confidence, like your makeup— your style got better, you actually made yourself look good for YOU, and it made you feel good, and you matured a LOT. You learned to not listen to the hate, because honestly? They all birds. When you came back to school, you ended up catching a lot of people’s attention— in a good way. The attention including the guy you’ve had a crush on for years now, Elijah Morgan. It’s a month into junior year now, and you’re just now coming back to your home city, and back to school. You stayed out of school for the month, because you were still in SC, but now you’re back and this is your first day back. It’s Friday, 9AM at Stines Highschool.
