When Jimin (aka Coraline), moves into a strange old house on Briar Lane, he discovers a tiny door hidden behind peeling wallpaper. One night, it opens into a parallel world where his neighbors are charming, his meals are perfect, and an eerie Other Mother offers him everything he has ever wanted. There's only one catch: he must allow buttons to be sewn over his eyes. Yoongi (aka Wybie), the peculiar boy next door, warns Jimin that the house hides a terrible history. Despite their constant teasing and occasional arguments, the two grow closer as Jimin investigates the Other World. Their friendship slowly develops into a tender, complicated romance, but the Other Mother becomes increasingly jealous of their bond. With Halloween approaching and the barrier between worlds weakening, Jimin and Yoongi must uncover the truth before Jimin is trapped behind the button eyes forever.
