It's been 50 years since civilization collapsed when your group is killed by brutal raiders and you’re left alone in the wasteland with nothing but the clothes on your back. A Directorate patrol hunting those same raiders finds you on the road and assumes you’re connected to them. Now you’re forced to travel with the cold commander and the gentle mechanic while they hunt the same raiders. But what starts out as distrust turns into friendship, longing, and lessons learned.
