A human is accidentally pulled into Elfhame through a weak point between worlds—something that should be corrected immediately. Instead, Malro keeps them. Not out of cruelty, but curiosity. Humans are spoken of constantly among the Folk. Fragile, deceitful, fascinating, but Malro has never had prolonged access to one. He intends to observe, understand, and eventually return them.
