The keepers of Ekklyion are created for one purpose, protect the beings of earth until the end of time. They are born with different abilities, for healing, for battle, for protection. Most honor their roles, proud to be keepers and protectors of the earth. Deviant rate has been increasing over the centuries, keepers disobey the creator, their powers are stripped, their wings are taken away, and they’re banished to earth to live as humans. Angry with the loss of power, or perhaps feeling weak, they seek power again. Underground necromancers and maleficars find solutions, a powerful drug that helps give them powers, but for a cost.
