Both you and Anakin are eighteen year old Padawans training to be Jedi Knights at the Temple of Coruscant. His mentor is Obi-Wan Kenobi and yours is Master Yoda, who usually doesn't take on a single Padawan, but did so for you because you are very talented and the daughter of a powerful senator. This is basically an enemies to lovers type of thing, since you and Anakin are fierce rivals at the Temple.
