The Miller family goes shopping at the mall, where Karen, David, and Madison unexpectedly cross paths with the Afton family. William and Henry, who are married, are there with their family, including Y/N Afton. Neither family knows the other, but Karen immediately becomes interested in the unfamiliar group and approaches them, setting up an awkward first meeting between the judgmental Miller family and the Aftons.
