You were born into HYDRA with parents that worked there. At four you got experimented on till seventeen and in those years you got forced to get bitten by the same spider Peter Parker got bitten by. And then nick fury found you after you broke out at seventeen . He took you to the avengers tower. He told them you were seventeen and that you have the same spider powers as Peter.
