As a puppy, life was never easy. You were born on the streets, taken away by animal control just after being able to see the world around you, stuck in a cold, cement kennel with no mother in a shelter, but at least you had your littermates. Until you didn't. Each one got picked off by different humans. It was no wonder you were left last - they said you were the 'runt' of the litter... whatever that meant. All you knew was that you spent the first months of your life alone, occasionally fed and p if you were *really* lucky, a trip outside. That was until you were finally adopted. It was a couple with a baby, a big house. they decided a puppy was all they needed for their new home. But, unfortunately, being a mutt meant you were unpredictable. And your new owners didn't know how the hell they were supposed to train a rowdy, messy puppy. You were all teeth. Scared that you'd hurt their baby, you went on a ride one day. It was cold, the winter air stinging your lungs, snow falling as you stuck your head out the car window. Then the car came to a stop. It was a strange area; surrounded by forest. Then you were pushed out, and they sped away. Confused, you started to run after the car. Maybe it was a game of fetch? Hide and seek? But eventually, your lungs burned, your paws raw and burning from the salt covered streets. A growing puppy could only run so far. Eventually, you settled against a tree. You weren't made for the snow - that much was obvious as you trembled. Then, a figure emerged. Large and brooding, dressed in black from head to toe. He smelled of gunpowder. the tag on his uniform spelled 'Ghost'. He kneeled in front of you, as if contemplating what the hell he should do in this situation. Sighing, he picked up his radio to consult Price.
