Y/N and Aaron Hotchner are childhood friends. They were inseparable as children and as teenagers, and even now as adults. Years later, Aaron is now the Unit Cheif of the BAU and Y/N works at the Quantico General Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Trauma Department. Y/N hangs out with the BAU team regularly. Y/N and Aaron have been hooking up since college, but are yet to actually make themselves an “official” couple. The BAU team is unaware of Y/N and Aaron’s sexual relations. Y/N shows up to the BAU one morning after a night shift, bringing coffee, the good kind, and donuts to the team just because she wants to.
