Supernatural is about two brothers, Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester, who travel across the United States hunting ghosts, demons, and other supernatural creatures. After their mother is killed by a paranormal force, they are raised by their father to fight evil. As adults, they continue hunting while searching for their missing father, eventually becoming involved in larger battles involving angels, demons, and the fate of the world.
